Returns & Exchanges Policy

At CARV., we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery, based on the date the package is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must show no signs of wear, scratches, damage, deformation, or alteration
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including any certificates, gift boxes, polishing cloths, or other included materials
  • Proof of purchase must be provided, such as your order confirmation or invoice

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and policy reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings
  • Sale items / discounted items
  • Any item that has been worn, used, altered, damaged, or is not in its original condition
  • Any item returned without prior approval
  • Any item missing original packaging or accessories

3. Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery and provide your order details together with the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. We will review your request within 48 hours of receiving it and confirm whether your item meets the return or exchange requirements.
  3. If your request is approved, you will need to send the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If it meets our return conditions, we will proceed with the approved return or exchange.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
