Materials & Quality

What are CARV. pieces made from?

Every CARV. piece is crafted from 925 sterling silver. Gold-toned designs are finished with 18K gold plating, while silver-toned designs are rhodium plated for a bright, lasting shine. Decorative stones are cubic zirconia, pearl, or natural stones such as agate — and every material is described accurately on the product page.

Are your gold pieces solid gold?

No. Our gold-toned pieces are 925 sterling silver finished with 18K gold plating, which gives the warm gold colour at a far more accessible price than solid gold. We always describe this honestly rather than using terms like "vermeil".

Are the stones real diamonds?

No. The sparkling stones in our designs are cubic zirconia, including high-quality 5A grade — a refined diamond simulant chosen for its brilliance. Any coloured stones are described accurately on each product page. We never present a simulant as a natural gemstone.

Is CARV. jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?

Our pieces are based on 925 sterling silver, which many people with sensitive skin find comfortable to wear. As sensitivity varies from person to person, we recommend paying attention to how your skin responds, especially if you have known allergies.

Care & Wear

How do I care for my CARV. jewellery?

A little care keeps each piece looking its best:

  • Store separately: Place your jewellery in a CARV. jewellery box or soft pouch to avoid friction, scratches, or tangling with other pieces. Fasten clasps before storing.
  • Keep dry: Avoid prolonged exposure to humidity or high temperatures to help preserve the finish. Sterling silver pieces are best stored in a cool, dry place.
  • Cleaning and wiping: If needed, clean gently with lukewarm water, a soft brush, and a mild cleanser. Avoid using products such as body wash or shampoo. Rinse with clean water and pat dry with a soft cloth.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my ring size?

Many of our rings are offered in US sizes 6, 7, and 8, while some open or wrap designs are adjustable and marked as one size. The available sizing is listed on each product page. If you're between sizes, feel free to reach out at hello@carvjewellery.com and we'll be glad to help.

How long are the necklaces and chains?

Most CARV. necklaces come on a 45 cm chain with a 5 cm extender, so you can adjust the length between roughly 45 and 50 cm. Some shorter or collar styles sit around 40 cm. The exact length is listed on each product page.

What size are the earrings?

Most of our earrings are one size. Where relevant, dimensions and other details are listed on each product page to help you choose.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 7–18 days, depending on your destination and local customs processing. You'll receive tracking so you can follow your order all the way to your door.

How will I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey. If you haven't received tracking details, contact us at hello@carvjewellery.com and we'll help.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging and resalable condition.

Can I return earrings?

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty. We recommend reviewing the size and details on the product page before ordering.

Are sale items returnable?

Under our current policy, sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

We're sorry if something isn't right. Please email us at hello@carvjewellery.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll help put it right as quickly as we can.

Orders & Contact

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us at hello@carvjewellery.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help before your order ships — once it's on its way, we're unable to make changes.

An item I want is sold out — will it come back?

Some designs are restocked. If there's a piece you love that's currently unavailable, email us at hello@carvjewellery.com and we'll let you know about its availability.
